Booking privacy.

When you submit a session request, the studio receives your name, email, phone number, selected package, preferred time, and reference photo. We use them to review your request and contact you about your session.

Booking details and photos are stored with Supabase. Photos are private and accessible only to authorized studio administrators. If email receipts are enabled, your name, email, package, and preferred time are processed by Resend; your photo is not attached.

Unconfirmed or declined requests and their reference photos are removed after 90 days without a status change. For completed sessions, the request and reference photo are removed after 90 days without a status change. Approved requests are retained while your session is active. This notice concerns booking requests, not your separate image gallery or signed agreements.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Morgan Ryan Photography at morgan.arcq@gmail.com480 567 8079. Deletion removes the request and reference photo, subject to any obligations covering your separate session agreement.
